The Full Metal Jacket Kit (FMJ-KIT-4) surrounds your EPIC/SCARLET camera with a billet aluminum structure that securely holds the camera while providing numerous mounting points for accessories. The FMJ is designed to wrap around the camera body as closely as possible and provide proper spacing on the bottom of the camera for use on standard Red/ET bridge plates. The FMJ-BOTTOM includes a forward facing attachment for mounting the FMJ-15MM-LW bracket. Attach two 15mm rods (not included) to quickly mount a follow focus and mattebox. The included FMJ-SIDEARMs allow for even more flexibility by integrating mounting holes and standard NATO rails for mounting any standard Red accessories.

As with any wireless device, the Epic and Scarlet cameras are susceptible to interference created by metal objects placed in close proximity to its wireless antenna. Although the design of the top plate includes an opening for the wireless antenna, some degradation of wireless performance is possible.
